Clients will be considered a no-show 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment.

Hair, skin or nail care products that are purchased may not be brought in and used on a later service.

An aide must be present should a physically challenged client requires assistance.

Re-do Policy:Should you become dissatisfied with your chemical service, you must return and have your hair examined by an instructor within five business days of your visit. With approval, your service may be re-done, free of charge within five business days.
