IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 

• The school reserves the right to refuse clients.

• All Prices Are Subject to Change

• Request cannot be made based on race, sex or class level.

• For the protection of clients, only products furnished by the school will be used.

• Chemical Services on children 12 and under are not guaranteed.

• Clients will be considered a no-show 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment.

• For safety purposes only clients receiving services will be allowed on the clinic floor.

• No Shoes, No Shirt, No Service.

• Hair, skin or nail care products that are purchased may not be brought in and used on a later service.

 

• An aide must be present should a physically challenged client requires assistance.

• Your children are welcome as CLIENTS  ONLY.

• Re-do Policy: Should you become dissatisfied with your chemical service, you must return and have your hair examined by an instructor within five business days of your visit. With approval, your service may be re-done, free of charge within five business days.

• Discounts may not be combined with any other discount or package.
